Kimberlie Gilliland the project director for the Cherokee Artist in Residency program (CAiR) She has two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of California (1993) and is working toward a Degree in Graphics and Multimedia Design at the Art Institute. Ms. Gilliland has won a number of awards for her artistic accomplishments both Nationally and abroad. Recently, she produced an industrial film in the Cherokee language that was featured during the Cannes film festival.
