Founded in 2002 Cherokee Media is a Cherokee owned business based in Tahlequah Oklahoma, the capital of the Cherokee Nation. The creators focus on projects that exhibit social awareness, culture and native language. The creators are currently working on the Cherokee Nation history course .The awarding course that has been traveling around the United States and is currently being adapted for on-line access. The on-line course will consist of over 40 video segments, maps, archives and interviews, which will be on-line fall of 2008 |
